Terms and Conditions

A church or school must take the appropriate Membership type based on the average weekly number of children attending that church or school.

A church or school with a current Kidswise Membership is entitled to unlimited downloads of resources available to them in that membership type.

The purchaser is permitted to share material with teachers within their church or school. However, they are not permitted to share this material with teachers from other schools/churches (or other organisations).

The purchaser will abide by our fair use policy. A purchaser can download the material required by their teachers for use in lessons during the year of their Membership. Kidswise material needed for subsequent years will be downloaded in subsequent years under future Memberships.

Kidswise material downloaded under a Membership can be used by a church or school only while that church or school has a current Kidswise Membership.

All illustrations and crafts may be resized, copied and used as required, but are restricted to use with Kidswise lessons.

Any unauthorised copying or distribution other than stated above is prohibited.

Any resource downloaded from Kidswise may not be hosted for download on another website.

Once the membership has lapsed or been canceled, members no longer have permission to use any resources downloaded and printed under their previous membership. Kidswise resources downloaded under a past Membership can be used again once a Membership has been re-activated.

Individual resources purchased from Kidswise (i.e. not under a Membership) entitles the purchaser to reproduce sufficient copies of the material in order to use them.

The purchaser is permitted to share material with teachers within their church or school. However, they are not permitted to share this material with teachers from other schools/churches (or other organisations).

The purchase of a Kidswise mini movie entitles the purchaser to view that mini movie for their personal use, or if purchased by a school or church, for use within that school or church.

No profit can be made from the showing Kidswise mini movies. 

Purchasers cannot pass these movies onto other people or organisations.

Any resource downloaded from Kidswise may not be hosted for download on another website.

Booking into Kidswise Training (e.g. a training day, masterclass, consult) requires full payment prior to the commencement of training.

Refund of the fee will only occur if the training is cancelled.

Each participant of a Masterclass will be asked when registering for a class to consent to each session being recorded. Any participant of that class unable to attend a session will be sent a recording of that session. The recording is only available for participants within that class and can only be viewed by participants of that class.

If you are unable to attend a Kidswise Consult, you can receive a full refund or reschedule a session if you notify us no less than 2 working days prior to your session. If you cancel within 2 working days of your session, you will not receive a refund.

Due to schools being back across Australia and churches able to gather in person, Kidwise will no longer give permission for use of its material in online services. Copyright permissions will return to the pre-COVID parameters.

The following is available prior to purchase:

a portion of each product can be viewed;

a YouTube demo of each mini movie can be viewed;

a list of all products available under each Membership type can be viewed.

Therefore no refund will be offered either after a product has been purchased or a Membership has been taken out.

If under special circumstances a refund is offered, a refund transaction fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund to cover administration costs.
