Individual resources purchased from Kidswise entitles the purchaser to reproduce sufficient copies of the material in order to use them.

The purchaser is permitted to share material with volunteers/teachers within their church or school. However, the purchaser is not permitted to share this material with volunteers/teachers from other churches or schools (or other organisations).

Each campus of a multi-site church or each church within a church network must purchase its own resources, including mini-movies, separately per campus /church.

The purchase of a Kidswise mini movie entitles the purchaser to view that mini movie for their personal use, or if purchased by a school or church, for use within that school or church.

No profit can be made from the showing of Kidswise mini movies. 

Purchasers cannot pass Kidswise movies to other people or organisations.

Any unauthorised copying or distribution other than stated above is prohibited.

Any resource downloaded from Kidswise may not be hosted for download on another website.

Booking into Kidswise Training (e.g. a training day, masterclass, consult) requires full payment prior to the commencement of training.

Refund of the fee will only occur if the training is cancelled.

Each participant of a Masterclass will be asked when registering for a class to consent to each session being recorded. Any participant of that class unable to attend a session will be sent a recording of that session. The recording is only available for participants within that class and can only be viewed by participants of that class.

If you are unable to attend a Kidswise Consult, you can receive a full refund or reschedule a session if you notify us no less than 2 working days prior to your session. If you cancel within 2 working days of your session, you will not receive a refund.

The following is available prior to purchase:

a portion of each product can be viewed

a YouTube demo of each mini movie can be viewed

Therefore no refund will be offered once a product has been purchased and downloaded. 

If under special circumstances a refund is offered, a refund transaction fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund to cover administration costs.
