“It has made all the difference for my ministry. I have been a Children’s minister for 20 years, and had come to a season where I was completely stuck. Sandy's guidance has led me to make decisions about how to be more strategic and has given me renewed energy and courage to choose between what is urgent and what is important. It also meant taking stock of my own weaknesses and reminding myself why I felt called to ministry in the first place. ” JO - REACH SA - South Africa

“I personally walked away encouraged, inspired and challenged to examine our own kids ministry. Were we achieving what we wanted? Or, better yet, what God would have for us? Were our ministry approaches and priorities in the right places? How can we more effectively see young hearts and minds gripped by Jesus?" JORDON - BAPTIST CHURCH - Albany, Western Australia
"I enjoyed being pushed to think
through partnering with parents and leading strong teams. It was a valuable moment for me." JOSHUA - Presbyterian CHURCH - DalBy, QUEENSLAND
